LANSING, MI — Shruti Jolly, M.D., MBA, has been named Medical Director of the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Herbert-Herman Cancer Center, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
According to a press release, Jolly assumes the role as part of a planned leadership transition with Gordan Srkalovic, M.D., Ph.D., who will support the transition through his retirement on Dec. 31, 2026. Srkalovic will remain Director of Precision Oncology at the cancer center.
“I’m incredibly excited to join the Herbert-Herman Cancer Center,” Jolly said. “We have an opportunity to build on the already excellent care that’s being delivered here while expanding access to innovative treatments, clinical trials and the expertise available across University of Michigan Health.”
Jolly is a professor of radiation oncology at the University of Michigan.
