LANSING, MI — Here is your first reminder that early Sunday morning, Daylight Saving Time (DST) arrives for most of the U.S. and Canada. We will lose an hour of sleep this weekend as the clocks move forward, but those post-7:15 p.m. sunsets be surely delightful.
Did you know Arizona (outside of the Navajo Nation), Hawaii and the U.S. territories do not observe DST, and neither does Mexico, except for a handful of U.S. border municipalities?
Experts say we can start preparing early for the time change by going to bed and waking early by five to 10 minute increments each day the rest of this week before the time change.
