LANSING, MI — A 33-year-old Detroit man is facing charges of attempted murder and wearing body armor while committing a violent crime for allegedly shooting two people in Lansing this week.
Karl Lockridge the Third was arraigned Tuesday on nine charges and was denied bond. Lockridge was arrested after crashing his vehicle in a police chase following the non-deadly shootings of a 33-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man Monday afternoon.
