LANSING, MI — Downtown Lansing this weekend will turn into a winter wonderland complete with ice skating, hot chocolate, human hungry-hungry hippos, a winter market and more.
Lansing Winterfest will also feature art ice sculptures, including live ice carving, cold-butt boat races, live entertainment, local vendors and pop-up shopping downtown.
The festival runs Saturday between 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Throughout the day, event organizaers say festival goers can enjoy the Lansing River Trail from Old Town to downtown Lansing (Rotary Park area), or visit Washington Square.
