LANSING, MI — The Capital Area Humane Society is looking for the public’s assistance to collect information related to an animal cruelty investigation.
A puppy approximately four to five months old was found earlier this week at the corner of West Mead and McNeil Road in Clinton County. The dog was lying on the side of the road and wearing a red collar, according to the Capital Area Humane Society.
The male puppy is being cared for at a veterinary clinic and receiving emergency medical care.
