UNDATED (WHTC) -- Criminal charges have been filed against a former University of Michigan football player and current free agent in the NFL.  Attorney General Bill Schuette announced on Tuesday that the Child Support Division filed the charge against 33-year-old Bobby Deangelo Askew, Jr., alleging that he owes more than 267-thousand dollars in child support for his three children living in the state of Michigan.  The charges claim that Askew received significant income from his NFL career and allegedly possesses multi-million dollar assets.  He was arrested on January 7th and is in the process of extradition to face one count of felony non-support in Michigan.
