LANSING (WKZO) -- -- A new poll gives Democrat Hillary Clinton a nearly seven-percent lead over New Jersey Governor Chris Christie in a hypothetical presidential matchup in Michigan. Marketing Resource Group says Clinton has just over 44-percent support compared to 37.6-percent for the Republican Christie.
Pollsters note the former First Lady, U.S. Secretary of State and U.S. Senator from New York has very solid support among Democrats in Michigan, while Christie's support among the GOP is not as strong. He leads in West Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
