(WNFL) - The Wisconsin football team can get still a B-C-S at-large bowl berth with a win over Penn State in Saturday's regular season finale in Madison.  The Badgers will not play in the Big Ten Championship Game, after Ohio State and Michigan State secured those spots this past weekend.  Meanwhile, the Badgers keep moving up the B-C-S Standings.  They rose four spots to Number-15 last night, after Wisconsin's 20-to-7 victory at Minnesota on Saturday.  Also, the Badgers are 14th in the both the A-P media poll and the U-S-A Today coaches' survey.  They jumped two spots in the media polling, and three spots in the coaches' poll.  The major bowl berths will be announced December 8th.  Wisconsin is now 9-and-2 overall, and 6-and-1 in the Big Ten.  Penn State comes into Saturday's contest at 3-and-4 in the conference, and 6-and-5 overall.
