Meijer is challenging its employees to lose weight, and giving them a financial incentive to slim down. The Grand Rapids-based grocery chain started a three-month program this month called the "Nu-Me-Weight Loss Challenge." The teams of employees who lose the most weight will share 15-thousand dollars in prize money.
