No criminal charges will be filed by Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings the Third in connection with an altercation between a Fox News reporter and demonstrators outside the Michigan Capitol.  The "Lansing State Journal" reports Dunnings, a Democrat, said unedited footage of the skirmish shows a union member being pushed to the ground by an unknown person, and then coming up swinging at Steven Crowder of Fox last December.
