DETROIT (WKZO) -- Governor Rick Snyder is following through with the appointment of an Emergency Manager for Detroit, tapping Washington D.C., attorney Kevyn Orr, who Snyder calls a leading expert in bankruptcy and financial restructuring.  Orr says he feels it's a call to action and has agreed to be a candidate for the position.  The Detroit City Council had previously planned to fight the appointment of an Emergency Manager, but they now say they will not legally challenge the appointment with a lawsuit.
