The lights are on this morning for about 14,000 Board of Water and Light customers that were without power Wednesday morning. Various traffic lights went out along Waverly and Elmwood Roads, Grand River Avenue, as well as Willow Highway. BWL officials said that the outages were due to a problem at a substation.
