Angry texts were exchanged between an Okemos man and his alledged murder victim in the hours before a confrontation just over a week ago. Connor McGowen is charged with murder for stabbing 23 year old Andrew Singler in an East Lansing apartment on Feb. 23. Police reports indicate McGowen’s sister has dated Singler prior to the incident.
