LANSING (WKZO) -- A lawsuit filed by a state Representative from Detroit challenging plans to build a new bridge between Detroit and Canada has been tossed by an Ingham County judge.  Representative Fred Durhal sued to block the span, claiming Governor Rick Snyder was wrong to go around the Legislature and complete the deal with the Canadian government.  A federal lawsuit filed by Ambassador Bridge owner Matty Maroun is still pending.
