Twenty four Eaton county teachers who worked with special needs students are out of work today after receiving pink slips.  They were employed by the Eaton Regional Education Service Agency.  The job cuts were made to save nearly $300,000 this year.   The school teachers are preparing to protest the cuts in Charlotte this morning.  Grand Ledge Schools are taking over the services and could re-hire those teachers but a lower salary.
