The Wixom man charged in a rash of shootings along the Interstate 96 corridor was found competent to stand trial Wednesday in a Livingston County Courtroom. 43-year-old Raulie Casteel faces 21 charges — including terrorism and assault with intent to murder for the shootings last fall.
