HOWELL (WKZO) -- The man accused of several shootings along the Interstate 96 corridor from Oakland to Ingham Counties has been found competent to stand trial.
Raulie Casteel of Wixom is charged with 21 counts, including assault with intent to murder and terrorism in Livingston County. The shootings happened during an eleven-day period in October and Casteel was arrested in early November.
Casteel is facing 60 counts in Oakland County and has a court case pending in Novi. Family members have told authorities that Casteel suffers from mental problems.
