A $123 million wind power project has clears another hurdle in Clinton County. According to WILX TV, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners has approved a permit on a 5-2 vote Tuesday to let the Fowler Farms project proceed. Chicago-based Forest Hill Energy proposes to put wind turbines in Bengal, Dallas and Essex Townships.
