Not for sale. Lansing mayor Virg Bernero has once again stated his stance on any proposal to sell the Lansing Board of Water and Light.  The community owned utility could bring in as much as $100 million if it were on the market, that’s according to one member of the city’s financial health team. Bernero says it is more important to keep energy and water rates low in the city.
