LANSING (WKZO) -- Former Michigan Supreme Court Justice Diane Hathaway is due in court Tuesday. She's expected to plead guilty to a felony bank fraud charge in connection with a mortgage scheme.
The 58-year-old is accused of concealing assets and transferring homes to her stepchildren in a scheme to get a mortgage lender to forgive over 600,000-dollars owed on a 1.5-million dollar Grosse Pointe Park home. Under federal sentencing guidelines, Hathaway faces up to 33-months in prison.
