LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan is marking its 176th birthday on Saturday.  The Michigan Historical Museum in Lansing is hosting the annual Statehood Day celebration which also marks the bicentennial of the War of 1812.  The first 200 visitors will receive free birthday cake.  The first 200 families will also get a poster of a historic map included for the price of admission.
