Governor Rick Snyder vetoed the original Guns in Schools Legislation last fall because it didn't allow schools, day care centers, hospitals and sports facilities to opt out of the law to ban guns. But members of the Senate are talking to re-introduce the measure next week with some changes and Lt. Gov. Brian Calley says the Snyder administration is open to a re-do.
