More charges in the New Year’s Day shooting in Lansing that left a man dead. A man who was left paralyzed in the shooting was arraigned for his alleged role. Ingham County prosecutors say that Noe Arcaute, 24, has been charged with murder and three counts of assault with intent to murder. The charge stems from a January 1 shooting outside of the Save On convenience store near Willow and Knollwood, Police say Nicholas Jones, 29, was killed in the shooting. Four other people, including Arcaute, were also injured.
