We are inching closer to a final decision on a proposed casino for Lansing. Media partner Six News is reporting that the state’s motion to stop the Lansing casino proposal from moving forward will be discussed in federal court today at 10 a.m.  The Sault Ste. Marie tribe is trying to open an off-reservation casino near the Lansing Center, which Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero supports.
