A Perry man is dead after a standoff with police in that town Sunday evening on North Clearwater Drive. Police confirm the man was alone in a home threatening to injure himself, as Michigan State Police surrounded the home. Efforts to reach the man failed and police eventually found the man dead from a self inflicted wound.
