LIVONIA (WKZO) -- A judge has dismissed felony conspiracy charges against staffers of former U.S. Representative Thaddeus McCotter.
On Friday, Wayne County Circuit Judge Margie Braxton dismissed the charges and sentenced the two men to probation. Braxton says that she disagrees that McCotter's former deputy director Don Yowchuang and Paul Seewald were involved in a conspiracy.
The two were accused of plotting a petition scandal that disqualified McCotter from the August ballot.
