General Motors officials say a tooling systems plant near Flint will close by the end of June. The Grand Blanc North American Tooling Center has nearly 350 employees and builds systems to support vehicles including the Chevrolet Volt and the Buick Regal. GM is moving the tooling operations to other facilities.
