Police and officials at Central Michigan University say the campus and surrounding areas are safe after a man allegedly abducted and raped a student Wednesday night before he was shot.  Eric Ramsey was killed by a police officer in Gaylord. Ramsey posted around 4 a.m. on Thursday morning that he was "about to get shot,” just before being killed.
