Governor Rick Snyder will deliver his third State of the State address tonight.  Snyder's speech will include proposals for jobs and raising money to make repairs to roads and bridges in the state.  Members of the UAW and other unions are expected to protest the address after the governor and the Legislature passed the so-called right-to-work law last month.
