The Cadillac ATS has been chosen the North American Car of the Year. The announcement came yesterday in Detroit to open the auto show at Cobo. The ATS is Cadillac’s new small car, looking like a junior model of its large siblings in the Cadillac family of sedans. And it’s made right here in Lansing at the Grand River assembly plant.
