It’s not a flu epidemic in Michigan just yet, but state health officials say we are quickly headed that direction. Four children in the state have died from it. Dr. Dean Sienko with the state Department of Community Health says you can protect yourself from the flu with common sense hand washing and getting a flu shot. Doctors say better sooner than later though.
