An assistant professor in the MSU school of Veterinary Medicine charged with animal abuse is expected in a Clinton County Courtroom today. Authorities say 55-year-old Patricia Schenck is facing a felony charge of animal abuse and neglect. Police found 19 dogs and two cats at Schenck’s home north of DeWitt.
