14 people from Michigan have now died after receiving tainted medication made at a compounding pharmacy in Massachusetts. The Michigan Department of Community Health announced late Thursday morning that an 87-year-old woman from Washtenaw County has now died from the meningitis outbreak at the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, near Ann Arbor.
