Lansing first murder victim of 2013 has been identified. 29 year old Nicholas Jones was shot to death outside the Save-On market on Willow Street on the city’s North side.  And even though city officials say there are two full time police officers on patrol in that area 24 hours a day, Genesee Neighborhood Association President Hazel Bethea tells media partner Six News more police are needed. Four other men in their 20s were shot and injured. Police say they have one suspect in custody.
