HIGHLAND (WKZO) -- At least 30 Milford High Schools students are suspended after posting a "Harlem Shake" video online. The video, labeled, "Harlem Shake v. Duck Suspension" was shot in an empty classroom at the high school by a group called "White Boys Making Noise."
The video not only included over 30 students performing a version of the popular dance, but also a live duck which is shown flapping its wings while being held in the air by an unidentified teen. Huron Valley Schools says there was a second video with racially insensitive portions that has since been removed from You Tube.
Student suspensions range from three to five days, and athletes were also suspended from participating in sporting events.
