No pole barn. Residents of Lansing’s Walnut neighborhood remain steadfast that a pole barn built by Niowave doesn’t fit in with the surrounding the northside residential neighborhood. The Lansing City council last night set a March date to review a $500,000 tax exemption for Niowave. Niowave now says it is looking to expand and buy more equipment at the location and add as many as 25 new jobs.
