Charges are coming for the 20 year old man shot at a Delhi Township home early yesterday morning. But the homeowners responsible for the shooting also face charges. Police found a lot of guns in the home and an illegal marijuana grow operations. It happened in the 4200 block of Holt Road. As many as four children were in the home when the shooting happened.
