LANSING (WKZO) -- Legislation is working its way through Lansing to prevent the blood-alcohol threshold for being considered legally drunk from automatically rising later this year.  A state House committee approved the bill Wednesday to keep the level at 0.08 and prevent it from reverting to the previous level of 0.1.  Existing law has the level changing in October.
