The funeral for the Portland High School teacher killed in a  car accident this past weekend on i-96 in Ionia County will be held today.  Brad Foltz taught technology classes for over ten years at the school. Police yesterday said that weather was not a factor in the crash. Services for Foltz will be held this morning at St Patrick’s church in Portland.
