If the guy competing on the syndicated "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" yesterday looked familiar, there's a good reason for that.  Dave Ellis of East Lansing won nearly 70-thousand dollars on the show that aired nationwide yesterday, answering the first ten questions he faced correctly.  Ellis was a sports reporter for WLNS-TV in Lansing from 1994 to 1998.
