LANSING (WKZO) -- Governor Rick Snyder is scheduled to present his fiscal year 2014 budget recommendations at 11 a.m..  In the presentation, Snyder is expected to discuss funding to improve state roads, the number of police patrolling cities and education.  Following the presentation, the governor is scheduled to attend a media roundtable and will also participate in a live televised town hall discussion at 7 p.m.
