Governor Snyder's budget proposal for 2014 is coming out today in Lansing. Among some of the details which have leaked is a request for just over 20-million-dollars to fund dredging in harbors around the state and a two-percent increase in education funding. Snyder will unveil his budget proposal at 11 a.m. today.
