A Lansing neighborhood will get its day before the Lansing City Council to air complaints about a pole barn they say doesn’t belong.  The pole barn is owned by Niowave and is located in the middle of the Walnut neighborhood. It may violate specific guidelines of the special us land permit used to construct it.  The city council will review the permit today.
