The 16-year-old Lansing girl shot in the back on a sidewalk near MLK and Maple Street over the weekend is in stable condition at a local hospital. Lansing’s gun buy-back program is this Saturday at Lansing’s Tabernacle of Daivd Church on Holmes Road from 10 a.m. til 2 p.m. City officials hope to take at least 100 guns off the street.
