The Wixom man accused in several shootings along roadways from Oakland to Ingham counties will undergo more psychiatric testing at the state forensic center.  Last week, results of earlier testing showed 43-year-old Raulie Casteel understood the law and could help attorneys in his own defense, but, yesterday a Novi judge granted a request by center to return Casteel for further review.
