Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder and Crowded House singer Neil Finn have lent their talents to a new album paying homage to Hunters & Collectors .

Crucible: The Songs of Hunters & Collectors boasts 15 tracks which feature a number of rockers performing their interpretations of songs by the veteran Australian rock group. Vedder and Finn have tackled the group’s “Throw Your Arms Around Me” for the release, which is set to hit stores on September 27 through Liberation Music, a division of Michael Gudinski ’s Mushroom Group.
