30 Seconds to Mars turns the camera on their fans for the new video for “Do or Die,” the new single from their latest album, Love Lust Faith + Dreams.
The seven-minute clip begins with a “photosensitive epilepsy warning,” and with good reason. The video features footage of interviews with members of their fan club, The Echelon, interspersed with a dizzying array of quick clips of the group performing in concert around the world.
In other 30 Second to Mars news, the band scored the most nods of any rock act for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. The group’s video for “Up in the Air” is in the running for Best Rock Video, Best Cinematography and Best Art Direction. The VMAs will be presented August 25 in New York at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. You can find the full list of nominees at MTV.com.
