KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- The forecast for the Kalamazoo Marathon is not quite etched in stone yet.
Only six days until the runners gather on Gull Rd for this year’s big race and there are some mixed signals regarding the presence or absence of a frontal boundary and the precise pattern of the jet stream and the surface pressure systems.
The current outlook seems to have no major worries as Saturday will likely see most of the thunderstorm activity leaving Sunday with only 20% chance of rain.
Some cloudiness could appear in the early morning for runners but will likely dry up as the day warms. WKZO will be providing updates on weather information regarding the Kalamazoo Marathon leading up to race day.
