DETROIT (WKZO) -- General Motors plans to make a return to the midsize truck market next year.

On Tuesday, GM North American President Mark Reuss said two new trucks, a little bigger than Toyota's Tacoma, will likely be revealed in the fall.  GM plans to target younger, more active buyers with the new models.

Currently, none of the Detroit automakers produces a smaller than full-size truck.  Last year, GM phased out production of its smaller trucks, the GMC Canyon and Chevy Colorado.
