Black Sabbath fans likely will want to tune in to the May 15 episode of the CBS drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation , as the legendary heavy-metal band will make a rare TV appearance on the show.  The British rockers will give a world premiere performance of a brand-new song called "End of the Beginning" on the program.

The episode, titled "Skin in the Game," will see the CSI team investigating a series of murders that seem to be based on the sins in 14th century Italian poet Dante 's Inferno .  Sabbath's Ozzy Osbourne , Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler will portray themselves in a scene where the characters D.B. Russell and Conrad Ecklie, played by Ted Danson and Marc Vann , respectively, attend a concert by the band.

"End of the Beginning" is among the tracks that will appear on Black Sabbath's upcoming album, 13 .  The record, scheduled to be released on June 11, will be the first Sabbath studio effort to feature founding frontman Osbourne since 1978's Never Say Die .
